Jotform is forcing people to use an account - I do not want to.

I believe that you are talking about PayPal now forcing users to create a PayPal account for payments through the ordinary PayPal payment tool. It looks like this is a recent change by PayPal themselves, not something that is being forced by JotForm.

They used to allow payments to go through without needing a PayPal account:

However, nowadays they are asking users to create a free account on PayPal at the same time:

The difference in what they are asking now when compared to what they have been asking before is pretty much only the password field, and it is supposedly to make future payments through PayPal easier to your customers. I would once again like to stress out that this is a change on PayPal's end, not on ours.

You may want to try using a PayPal Pro payment tool instead, which will allow you to collect credit card information directly through the online form, or PayPal Express. You can check out the following guide for differences between PayPal & PayPal Pro.

    I hope this helps.
