Ever since Jotform has redesigned the interface, I have been unable to add a specific sender name and must choose a field or Jotform. Why is this occuring and is there any way around it?

    Thanks.

    Hi Robin,

Thank you for your feedback, I'm not sure if the "Sender Name" field previously allowed custom text there. Perhaps you were referring to the Autoresponder? It allows you to set a custom sender name by input there.

If you want to set a "Sender Name", usually the notifier fetches the "Full Name" field or any field that refers to the person who is filling out the form, but if you want to setup a fixed sender name, can try setting up a hidden field and adding a default value on it. Here's an example:

You can then use the hidden field in the "Sender Name" in the notifier. Here's how I will receive a notification with the fixed sender name:

Let us know if that helps.
