how I can upload a image with a phone and send to my email with a form?

well, I created a form with your page, and this form, the people can upload a imagen and send , but I can´t upload imagen in a phone.

my website contain this form, and the people can going into this form, on computer and phone too.

Can you try to re-embed your form to your site using the iFrame embed method and see if it will help? To get the iFrame embed code of your form, just follow the instructions provided in this article: Getting the Form iFrame Code. I also noticed that the Responsive Form setting of your form is set to No. Please also try to set the Responsive Form setting of the form to Yes to make the form mobile responsive.
