Some of the answers coming through on my questionnaire are coming through all scrambled. What do I need to do to fix this issue?

    The Questionnaire is

    BCM - Client Market Research Questionnaire. What do I need to do so that the form is no longer coming thorough all scrambled?

    Hi,

     

    I checked your form and this issue is due to the encryption functionality of your form. The form is encrypted. Can you try to logout and login again and access the submission page of the form? Once you have accessed the submission page, a popup will appear that will get the encryption key of the form. Upload the encryption key then see if you will still encounter this issue.
