Has anything changed in this area? We have not received any submissions from our form since July 28.
I have looked at the spreadsheet and we have not received any emails after the 'Register Me Now' button was clicked on.

If you review the email history from you ACCOUNT PAGE you will notice that email@example.com has been receiving emails. Please verify that this emails have not gone to the spam folder.
