I dont know where I went wrong but I cannot received any email notification... I also tried to be the respondent but i also cannot receive the auto-respond email

I've checked your "Notification" and "Autoresponder" settings and it seems that there is nothing wrong with it. In addition, I check your email addresses "email@example.com", "firstname.lastname@example.org" and they are not in the bounce list. Below, you can find the email log which is related to your email address "email@example.com". As it is seen, it has no failed record.
Also, I cloned your form and tested it with the same "Notification" and "Autoresponder" settings. My two recipients received the "Notification"'s email and My submitter received the "Autoresponder"'s email.
In this case, I suggest you to check your Spam, Junk, Promotion etc. folders and also, check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client.
