My employee is not able to accesss the survey in Mexico with the link we sent him.

We created a Survey with your program and sent out a link to access it. One of our employees who works in Mexico is unable to access the survey through the link. Does he need a different access link? Is there a way we can help him access the survey online?

He should be able to see the form using this link:
