I have tried several times to cancel the subscription several times and each time we get and error. I need to make sure we are not charged for this subscription any longer.

I see that your account is still holding Premium status and also I notice that there is a charge for renewing the subscription today. Please be noted that our subscription plans and prices are revised recently. Since you are using Premium subscription, you can continue using the same subscription and pricing as long as you can. If you cancel the subscription now and wanted to subscribe for a paid plan later, you'll need to subscribe with new subscription plans available at our pricing page. Once the subscription is cancelled, the account shall be holding premium status until the next billing date and then automatically downgraded to Free. Please confirm if you want to cancel the subscription now so that we can do it for you.
