How to change the column labels of a matrix field?

I am attempting to create a self evaluation form that will allow my staff to complete a self-assessment of their needs related to upcoming trainings. I was attempting to use the template for the instructor review and wanted to change the wording on the top header that says 'strongly agree, agrees, neutral, disagree, strongly disagree' and I could not figure out how to do that. Can you help?

    Thanks!

I understand that you want to change the column labels of the matrix field on your JotForm. The labels can be changed by clicking on Columns icon while the field is selected.

You may also change the labels from the field properties by clicking on Settings icon of the field.

    Hello,

I'm trying to use numerical labels for my columns, such as:

    1-2/wk 1

    3-4/wk 2

but these numbers are confusing the form calculation. Is there something I need to do to tell the system that these numbers are text and aren't numbers that are values for the column.

    Thank you
