How to sub-user access the shared formsAsked by sauers513 on October 13, 2015 at 10:30 PM
I'm starting to really make a lot of forms. I want to have a couple of sub-users that can only see certain form submissions - not all of them.
Is there a way to make that happen? Where I can only have them see certain form submissions?I'm thinking they would download the app on their phones and access it that way. But if they just install the app, they will see everything?
A sub-user has it’s own Jotform account. You can give permission to see selected forms on your account. The sub-account will only have access to these forms.
The main account can’t access the sub-users account. However, if the forms are created in the shared folder, which belong the main account both of them can access them.
