We have a job title called Operator in a dropdown with other job titles. When an applicant selects Operator two more dropdowns appear; one that has different pieces of equipment to select, the other with years of experience -- They only have a chance to select one piece of equipment. If an applicant has experience with more than one piece of equipment we would never know since they can only select one. Is there a way to allow multiple pieces of equipment to be selected along with years of experience with each once Operator is clicked? How can this be solved?? Thank you in advance -

The Dynamic Drop Downs widget will not allow you to choose multiple selections, in this case it would better to working it in different Drop Downs, and use Conditional logic to Show the other two Drop Downs if "Operator" is chosen:
1) Use normal Drop Down field and add the options:
2) To have the capability to choose more that one Piece of equipment, you can use the Multiple Selection widget:
3) Then click on Conditions, then on Show/ Hide a form field option:
4) Create the condition:
This is how it will work:
