Upload private key error

I want to see my form submissions and it keeps asking me to upload my private key. I have no idea what it is or where it is, it seems like it wants me to browse for a file.

I see that your JotForm is enabled with encrypting form data.

When the form data is encrypted, you'ld need a private key in order to see the form responses. It is not possible to unlock/read the encrypted submissions without the key. If you have already generated the private key or created the form using the URL below, you should be prompted to download the key.

If you have already downloaded the key (a small file with .key extension), please upload when you are prompted to upload the key so that you'll be able to see the encrypted submissions.

Please refer to the guide below that can help you in creating encrypted form and how to use the keys.

Please try generating a new key and see if that helps to read the submissions.

You may also disable the encryption option so that the form submission data can be viewed normally. However, the submissions that are already received while encryption is enabled can be as scrambled text only.

    Hope this information helps!
