I can't get the email notifier to send to an additional person.

I am trying to have jotmail send not only me an email when one of my forms is submitted, but also another person. I had this set up in the past and it has worked fine for a couple of years. I had to change the address of the other person, and now I can't get the test emails to go to any email address except the default email address (mine), even though I create a second notification email.
