    Hi,

    I checked your form on an iPad emulator and I noticed that some field in the form are missing.

    When I access the site on other mobile device the form was displayed properly.

    Can you try to re-embed the form using the iFrame code only (remove the <script> tag and see if it will help?

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/41418021585955" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 1306px; border: none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Also, I noticed that the form's Responsive Form setting is set to "No", can you try to set it to "Yes".

    Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

    Hi,

    when you say remove script tag, do you mean just delete the words <script> from the iframe Code? Or is it something else?

    Hi there,

    You need to delete all of the "<script>" part of the generated iFrame code. Below, you can see the example. and also, copy the code to embed, if you want. It is created from your account.

        <iframe

          id="JotFormIFrame"

          onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"

          allowtransparency="true"

          src="https://form.jotform.com/41418021585955"

          frameborder="0"

          style="width:100%;

          height:514px;

          border:none;"

          scrolling="no">

        </iframe>

    After trying this method, please let us know the updates.

    Thanks.

    Please be advised that I have no idea. This is all another language to me.   Please see the generated code below:  Pls confirm that it is the highlighted section that I must delete.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/41418021585955" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2914px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe> <script type="text/javascript"> window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) { var args = e.data.split(":"); var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame"); if (!iframe) return; switch (args[0]) { case "scrollIntoView": iframe.scrollIntoView(); break; case "setHeight": iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px"; break; case "collapseErrorPage": if (iframe.clientHeight > window.innerHeight) { iframe.style.height = window.innerHeight + "px"; } break; case "reloadPage": window.location.reload(); break; } var isJotForm = (e.origin.indexOf("jotform") > -1) ? true : false; if(isJotForm && "contentWindow" in iframe && "postMessage" in iframe.contentWindow) { var urls = {"docurl":encodeURIComponent(document.URL),"referrer":encodeURIComponent(document.referrer)}; iframe.contentWindow.postMessage(JSON.stringify({"type":"urls","value":urls}), "*"); } }; if (window.addEventListener) { window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false); } else if (window.attachEvent) { window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage); } if(window.location.href && window.location.href.indexOf("?") > -1) { var ifr = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame"); var get = window.location.href.substr(window.location.href.indexOf("?") + 1); if(ifr && get.length > 0) { var src = ifr.src; src = src.indexOf("?") > -1 ? src + "&" + get : src + "?" + get; ifr.src = src; } } </script>

    Okay,  I believe I misunderstood you.  Please remember that all of us are not webmasters, so please keep that in consideration when responding.

    Is the section that you have highlighted the code that is to remain?  not the code that is to be deleted? It reads as though that is what needs to be deleted.  Kindly confirm.

    I tested the form on IPAD, IPHONE and SAMSUNG Phone, the entire form is not coming up to allow the customer to click SUBMIT.

    Your URGENT Response is appreciated.

    Hi,

    I checked your site on an iPad emulator and also checked it on an android device but I was not able to replicate the issue. The form was displayed on the site properly.

    Are you still encountering the issue?

    We will wait for your response.
    Regards.

    It appears to be displaying properly at first glance.   Please note that there are a few fields that are hidden before trying to complete.  Therefore as the clients proceeds to complete the form and based on their selections, other fields appear.   As such, the form gets longer and the 'Reserve Now' Button no longer appears.  On these mobile devices, they are unable to scroll down.

    Hi,

    If the problem still insists, you can try to decrease the "height" px value on the iFrame embed code. Below, you will see the blue marked area to change the forms height and also, between the <iframe>...</iframe> part is the only part you need to copy.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/41418021585955" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:600px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

    I hope this one will help you. Please, let us know the updates.

    Thanks.
