Why is there a menu at the top of my Facebook Form for whom access is allowed?

I just see that in my contact form in FB on the top there is a menu who allowed to access to all the form.

Is it because i m an admin or every one can access to that menu ?

To my understanding it appears you are asking about the access controls for your form on your fb page.

To my knowledge those are FB Specific Controls since you are an Admin on your FB Page with the form you are displaying there.

None of this is shown on your form or your jotform account so you should be okay.

Here is what I see when I visit it from my end. And it will be the same for others unless they have the same page access authority for it granted similarly by you at which point they would see the same controls as well.
