How to maximize Upload space for FREE plan

    Hi there,

we are a non-profit local sports club that uses the JotForm platform to facilitate picture upload for track and field and x-country meets to our Google Drive storage. We are currently using the free version of your product. We don't have a lot of traffic, so the 100 submission per month is more than sufficient, but with the current size of the digital media, just a few pictures will fill up our JotForm server quota of 100 MB.

Since we are storing our pictures on Google Drive and do not need JotForm's storage, can this limit be lifted or can the pictures NOT be stored on your servers?

Due to the nature of our organization (non-profit) we are unable to upgrade to any of the paid plans...

Please let me know if you can help in any way.

    Thanks,

    Ionut

    Thank you for contacting us.

An alternative solution that can help you maximize the upload space you can have for your forms, is to use integrations to File Sharing and Storage services like Dropbox and Google Drive.

You can check for the available apps here http://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage

You can regain upload space on your account by deleting submissions that have upload submission.

When you use the integration i.e. Dropbox or Google Drive, there will be copy of the submission and the uploaded file to this application as well. So it will be safe to delete the submission in your form.
