Google Drive Integration error

    Hello,

I have been using google drive integration and it has been working fine. Now I am starting to get constant problems and issues with it. First it wouldn't add the {time} correctly. Then one of our tag keeps changing. first it was {jobLog} then now its {jobLog40}. So i would always have to reintegrate google drive to work correctly. Now its happening again and more frequent. Not sure why the tag field keeps changing. And right now it is syncing into google drive incorrectly so it doesn't sync properly to the desktop. for the {time} it puts out 2015-10-19 11:26:31 and when it goes into google drive it use to name it 2015-10-19 11_26_31. And that way it would sync to the windows desktop. but now it doesn't because windows does not take name with a colon character.

I hope i explain this enough for you to get but this is causing a lot of problem.

    Thank you.

I assume this was your form http://www.jotform.us/form/41666349475163 in question.

First it wouldn't add the {time} correctly

Did you meant the Date Needed data was not included in the submission data?

the Time option was not enabled on the field though. You should enable it to include time data.

I checked the form submission and I can see existing data but Dates only since the DateTime field Time option was not enabled.

    .

The Job Log# field should have column name Job Log# as it was the field label/name.

You can see it in the Submission data as well.

Can you please retry first doing the re-integration process.

Remove the existing Google Drive integration of the form and then add it back.

See if this process makes any difference.

Let us know if the issue remains.

No. I have done this before and it was working. And now it stopped all of a sudden.

In the google integration you do a custom name for the file and folder.

    So mines has always been {jobLog} - {time} - {projectNametitle} - {contactName}

I have been having issue where the jobLog tag always change from {jobLog} to {jobLog40} back and forth and I always have to redo the whole integration process to get that to work when that happens. But now there is also a problem with the {time} I know the {time} generate this format 2015-10-19 11:26:31, but when it goes to google drive it change the format to 2015-10-19 11_26_31 noticed the underscore. And with the underscore format it was able to sync to the desktop. But now it doesnt change the format. and it keeps thes colon(:) which prevents it from syncing to the desktop because windows doesnt except the file name. I have to go to google drive on the web change the colon to underscore and then it syncs to the desktop.

I am not sure why it is happening now. It has been working until last week when i noticed nothing was syncing from google drive to my desktop.

    thanks

I understand that you want to have the submission time with replacing colon with underscore. I've tested with your JotForm with a cloned version integrating Google Drive and it seems to be working fine. I've also checked with other previous forms having submission time in the folder name which seems to be working fine. Though it is displaying colons in the Google Drive, it is converting them to underscore when the folder is synced to desktop.

Please try disconnecting the Drive account from your Desktop app and try resyncing the folder again to see if that helps. If you are referring to something different, please let us know. If you can share us with a screenshots what you are looking at your Google Drive so that we can provide you with necessary assistance.

    Thanks!
