    I reached the number of allowed submissions in my acct

    Hello,

    If I clean up the form that had 1000K submissions (many of them duplicates) will my acct reset and allow for more collections? I would be happy to upgrade but not every month I will have this high volume of submissions. In fact only 3-4 forms a year will see this sort of traffic (that I am aware of, could change).

    Please let me know if my acct is now okay to continue to collect registrations or if I can upgrade/downgrade monthly.

    I have checked your account and your account is overlimit. With premium account type you can receive up to 1,000 submissions each month and there is currently 1,204 submissions on your account. Because of that your forms will be disabled on 2015-10-21. If you delete submissions that will not clear your monthly submission limit.

    You can upgrade your account to get higher limits. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.

    However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets.

    I'm happy to upgrade but can I do it on a month to month basis? Can I downgrade/upgrade based on my needs?
