Can I Recover My Form to Its Previous Versions?

    Hi,

I have been working on one of the forms for many hour now and unfortunately it seems that my IE browser crashed. I have saved the form several times throughout my work and it seemed to have worked, however, after recovering from the crash the initial variant of the form is online.

Is there a way to recover all my work for the past 5-6 hours? I consider it a huge bug if despite my saving several times, jotform cannot recover the work done on a form.

The ID of the form is: 52741889452971

Kind regards and looking forward to a reply very soon!

    Hello,

Replying to my own question. I used the versioning tool in the myforms area and it seems that i can revert back to a version i saved a few minutes ago. Thanks God you thought of that!

But, why did that happen in the first place?

    Kind regards,

    Hi Bogdan,

I'm going to suggest you to use "Revision History", but you've found it by yourself. I'm glad to see that it works for you.

Currently, there is an ongoing operation on our databases. It might cause this issue.

If you encounter this problem or similar one again, please report us.

    Thanks for your understanding.
