We use JotForm for all of our business forms. We are currently drafting the form below; however, two required fields are not showing up for the user. There are no conditions on either field. We have tried deleting the fields altogether & putting them back, but they are still not showing up. The field shows up when the "Position" is selected as "Desk Supervisor." When selecting "Desk Aide" it is hidden. The fields show up on the editor's view. Can this be corrected immediately? We need the matter resolved urgently for business purposes.Page URL:
