I just tried to downgrade to the free account on the website and it isn't showing that I have. Please help. Thank you.

PayPal subscription need to be cancelled manually and occasionally take a bit longer than we'd like to process. However to cancel it yourself:
You can refer to these instructions to cancel it in your PayPal Account if you wish for it to be immediate:
(1) Login to your Paypal Account
(2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm or Interlogy
(3) Click the subscription number for that transaction
(4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button
