How do I go about closing the account? I would like to use jotform in the summer months, but I have no need of it during the rest of the year.
Please let me know.

I checked your account/username lowerarlingtonat and noted that you had already cancelled the paid plan.
Since the paid subscription was already cancelled, you will not be billed further for the account.
From the paid plan, your subscription was now scheduled to downgrade to FREE plan.
If you checked on your My Account Billing page, you should see the schedule of the downgrade.
When your account is dowgraded to FREE, the least option available will be to delete/close the account.
Let us know if you still want to proceed to deleting the account when it is downgraded to FREE already. You can actually leave it be and the account/username will be for you to keep, and just use it again on the next summer/season.
