Hi the team ;)
Unfortunately, the same problem come back since three weeks :(
I followed the same steps I descrived on this thread, and the result is like that :
the timestamp displays the date correctly in the existing lines (ancient) after reintegrating,
the timestamp displays the date correctly since about 1 week for the new entries,
and the problem come back.
I've do the steps of reinitialisation two times but doesn't work.
Can you help me please ?
Best regards.
Brice

Hi,
Our developers added a new option to avoid conflict on the settings of your Google Spreadsheet and of the integration made. Please remove the integration first.
After that, re-integrate, but make sure to enable the option "PRE-FORMAT (To prevent spreadsheet locale conflict)".
After that, the date values should come to your spreadsheet with the correct format.
Do let us know if that works.

Hi Brice,
Apologies for this. I went ahead and opened a separate thread for that specific problem so that I can escalate it better to our developers. Please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/690923/. I have responded to your inquiry there.
Hopefully when the "Pre-format" option is available to be used the problem in the dates in the Google Spreadsheet will also be resolved.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
