Created a form with paypal payment but the name/address is not carrying to paypal screen

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, however, if you are pertaining to the Full Name field and Address field on your form to be carried over to PayPal when someone makes a payment, unfortunately, it is not possible. But the name on the PayPal account of the payee will automatically appear on the payment. If you would like to have the address on the PayPal account of the payee to show, you can turn it on by,
