I was changing the quantity box sizes and a few happened to float up to the top? How do I fix this?

If you see the link below there are random quantity boxes that don't belong there. How do I get rid of them?

I cant find them when editing my forms and in the conditions. 

 

Please assist!

I checked the form and I was able to identify the caused of the issue.

It was the Condtions setup on the form.

 

Since there were previous fields that were deleted (not on the form anymore), the Condition rules now fails. So it was not able to hide the Quantity fields as they should be.

You can fix this by fixing the Condition rules. Make sure that those conditions that show reds and have deleted fields are properly set by either pointing it to the correct field/s or removing the rules.

The new conditions wizard is currently in the final stages of testing and will be rolled out to all users as soon as it is fully verified.

This however does not affect the conditional logic behavior and setup process.

The screenshots below show how you can access the conditions in the old widget, you can then remove the field that have been deleted or delete the entire conditions.
