Textarea auto resize Widget - not pushing following fields down.Asked by blakefam on October 21, 2015 at 04:52 PM
Great widget, yet it appears to be 'behaving' inconsistently - or following fields do not respond to an increased size above it.
The attached screenshot shows 2 instances. The first is when the textarea auto resize widget expands as it should yet pushes over the top of the following field. The bottom part of the screenshot shows the Minor Ailments textarea auto resize works well.
Thank you in anticipation of your support.

Simply duplicate the field widget that works(the one on Minor Ailments area), and replace the other with the duplicates:

Thank you for the prompt response. My form now works as desired.
I appreciate solving the issue but I don't think the problem has been solved.
Why did the widget misbehave this way in 2 instances yet correctly with the third?
Or do we just accept that widgets sometimes behave badly and work with this solution.
There are updates being made in the widgets, it's possible that the one you had maybe an older version. I went ahead and refreshed the widget without deleting your fields. See if the widget is still having problems after that change, if so, please let us know and we will forward this to our developers to have it checked and fixed.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
