I have already upgraded my account and it's telling me it's going to disable because I reached my limit.

    I already upgraded on October 20th and I have your confirmation congratulating me on my upgrade, but my account is saying that I need to upgrade.  Can you help me out.

    I have corrected your subscription its should now be on the bronze plan you paid for.

    Kindly confirm if this reflects correctly on your end.
