"Sorry you need to be logged in as user in jotform to use this feature" Infusionsoft error

Every time I try to integrate my form it says I cannot until I am logged in. I've logged out, logged in, switched browsers... Any ideas...

Please try cloning  the form and then append &old to the url like:
