How can I share a form through my own e-mail account?

I would like the ability to cut and paste the form URL into my own e-mail account without embedding.  Is this possible?  Where can I find a direct link to my form?

Yes, you can do it this way.

1. On the toolbar, click on "Publish"

Click on Share Form and select the Envelope icon:

You'll see another screen where you can customize the From Name, Reply To, Subject and body of the message.
