    Hi,

I'm checking your account username IcedragonsExec (Bronze plan) and I see that it is not over quota, however, I see that you are a sub account user of this user IceDragons (Free plan) which is actually reached its submission limits.

Over quota means when the user reached any of the submission limits for its account. Please see the "Pricing" page to learn more about the limits. For "Free" plan, they are allowed to have 100 regular submissions, 100 SSL submissions and 10 payments received.

When the account reaches any of the submission limits, all of the forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using the forms you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan OR wait for the submission limits to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.

If the forms are shared to you, please note that the submission limits of those forms will be dependent on the main account where the form is.

    I hope that helps.
