This is because you are having PayPal payment tool setup on your JotForm. Please take a look at the following guide that can help you in setting up PayPal along with other options.
I've cloned your JotForm and made some changes to accept PayPal and Check payments. I've added a checkbox field to list the products and assigned the calculation values to the field. Then added a Form Calculation field to calculate the total of the products selected. Then this total is passed to the PayPal field. Added a condition to display the PayPal field when PayPal is selected.

to pick option of just using their credit card and not using and setting up
a paypal account. PayPal says they think it is an issue with your set up.
The Pay Pal option choice is turned on. They suggested re doing the pay pal
link/button. Since u guys helped get it on the site in its current format
thought u could figure this out better than me.Thank you for your help
