Why I'm I no longer receiving the app notifications?

    I have a lot of forms, but I would like all the ones which require a payment to send me a notification on my phone like it use to.

    I am not very sure where to go and fix this.

    Are you referring to the email notification you receive when someone submits your forms? Are those email notifications directly go to your phone email app before? Can you help us by clarifying this and giving more details, please?

    I have checked your mail logs and I have not seen any failed email submissions sent to your email address. Have you checked your email online (not through your phone)? 

    You can also check your email history. You may refer to this guide to do so: How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

    Also, please provide us what specific forms on your account are you having issues receiving notifications.

    Thank you very much for your reply!

    I am actually talking about the Jotform icon showing on my phone with the name of the form being submitted. Does that make sense?

    Thank you for the clarification. I'm sorry, I can't seem to reproduce the issue. 

    Could you try to check if "New Submission notification" is checked from the settings? If not, please check it to enable it. You can also try to check your its sync frequency option.

    Could you also try logging off and logging in to your account and make some test submissions after, please?

    Also, can you provide us the type of phone you're using.
