Copy/Paste block of elements

Hello!

I would need to ask you, is that possible to select a block of elements and then copy/paste it at once?

What I do now, is to duplicate every single element, but I have thousands!

Like in the attached picture, I need to select all the shown elements and then copy/paste them.
