Security error: Secuirty header is not validAsked by gashmlay on October 27, 2015 at 01:51 PM
When I,ve tried the Paypal Pro tool, I have got a Security error when I tried to pay with Paypal. It's quite urgent as I m on the way to launch a campaign. Please help.
This is caused mainly by placing an incorrect input of PayPal credential to the payment tool. If you're trying to copy your username and or password from a source. I would suggest you try to paste it to a Notepad first. Sometimes, copying a text from a source automatically adds a "single-space" after or before the copied text. and when you paste it to the username and password field of the payment tool, a "space" is also copied which result to an incorrect input of credentials. Copying it to a notepad will help you determine if such space is copied or not. Another thing to check is if you are in Sandbox mode, make sure you are not in sandbox mode, since it have a different login credentials.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
