    I have this o my website www.packageplusprinting.com

    it used to go to my email when someone downloaded a file but not anymore.

    The customer gets his recognition email but nothing comes thru on mine?

    my email is packageplus@embarqmail.com

    Can you help us get back on line? thanks Marty

    Hi,

     

    Are you referring to the embedded form in this page of your site - http://printingpluslv.com/upload-files-here-3/? I checked the form and I noticed that the form is not currently integrated to Drop Box. Please try to integrate your form to Drop Box. Here are the steps to integrate your form to Drop Box:

    1. In Form Builder, Click the "Integrations" button.

    2. Click Drop Box Forms.

    3.  Connect and Setup to your Drop Box. For more information, you can check this guide: Upload to Dropbox with JotForm.

     

    Also, you mentioned that you are not receiving notification email from the form to your email address - packageplus@embarqmail.com. As per checking the form, the notification email is setup to be sent to this email address - sales@packageplusprinting.com. The form is not setup to send email to your address - packageplus@embarqmail.com
