Hi, my client agreement form is not showing the submissions.

I have a paypal payment that it goes to when the submit button is hit.

    This may be the problem?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

I checked your form and it does look like PayPal processing is the issue.  Your form shows 10 incomplete payments:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/

If the payments are being completed, you may need to enable IPN in your PayPal account settings:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal

If the payments are not being completed, your users are either abandoning the form once the PayPal screen comes up or there is an issues with your PayPal settings.  Possibly an incorrect PayPal email address entered.

If none of these suggestions are the issue, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.

Hi, I'm getting the PayPal funds but not getting a copy of the form. I
need it for legal reasons because they are entering into an agreement.
It's not being recorded back at the jotform site.
    Thanks,
    Mark

It sounds like you need to enable IPN in your PayPal settings:

That should allow the submissions to properly trigger when the payment is completed.
