Do you design forms for us to put on the web page?

    Yes, our forms are designed to be embedded on webpages or any web platform. However, you can still use the stand alone form. Here are the steps on how you can add forms to your webpages.

    1. Click the the "Publish" button in the toolbar.

    2. Go to "Embed" and click the "Embed Options" dropdown. Choose how you want your form to be embedded.
