Hello the best support team on the planet,
When I set the Notification email, I want the person that is going to receive it to have the title of the submission in the email subject. Sometimes it does, but sometimes, it goes as ''Notifier 2'' or other wired name. I have checked the settings and the good notifications have the title as shown in the print screen.
My question, how to make it possible to have an automatic option for the email to use the submission title as its subject.

If that is the subject line it should always send the form title as email subject.
If this does not happen you can create a new email notification and then select the tag "form title" on the right menu:
