I have logged in you your account and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I was able to move form fields and add new fields to your form.
Which text are you trying to add? I saw that you have added text for terms and conditions.
Are you still unable to edit your form? Maybe it was temporarily issue. If you are still unable to edit your form please try to logout and log in again. Also you can try with different browser.
