Show and hide conditions are not working

Upon creating a condition that shows a text box once a selection has been made. The text box does not appear after selecting the field.

This works on a computer, but we need it to work on an iPad, which it doesn't.

I don't have an iPad but I checked your form (https://form.jotform.com/52773642057964) in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 8. The condition that hides or shows textbox (comments) under are showing properly.

It is also working when I tested it in my Android smart phone using Google Chrome browser. What browser are you using in the iPad? If you have another browser installed, can you please try it to see if that works?
