How do i keep the headline text on my returned completed email

I want to keep the Headline text on the returned email that I receive with all the questions have been filled in, so I know what sections are different, is this possible?

Header Text are not included on email notifications by default. However, email notification is highly customizable. You can do whatever changes you want like add text, images or links. So if you'd like to add header text, simply add a new row anywhere you want, merge it so you can insert a text and center align them if you want. Example:
