E Signature not showing up on PDF downloads

    When I go to download the PDF version of a form the signature doesn't show up on the PDF. I have an acupuncture clinic and having a signature is extremely important. I have tried both Smooth Signature and E Signature widgets and have this problem with both. 

    Can you help?

    The reason why this is happening is that you have to add the field in the email notification
