New conditions wizard not opening

this option is not working or opening allowing me to add conditions to my fields. this is a big problem and the form is now not functioning properly. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY

The issue has been reported to our Backend Team.
In the meantime, please use the next link in order to access previous version of the conditions wizard. It should fix the issue.
