How to make changes to the way information aggregates in the spreadsheet

    I am gathering information for labels for artwork, this means repetition of the same fields on different pages. I would like each page break to submit on it's one line in the spreadsheet so that all the titles, media, price... stack up below each other rather than one long spreadsheet with 20 labels worth of duplicate information.

    Hi,

    Are you referring to the Google Spreadsheet integration? Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. New rows in the spreadsheet means new submissions of the of the form. As a workaround, you can try the following steps:

    1. Remove other labels in your form, just retain one Label fields.

    2. Set Thank You custom URL to the form itself with prepopulated value for the First Name field.

    Example:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/53015841040139?fullName[first]={fullName:first}&fullName[last]={fullName:last}

    That way, new row will be created to your integrated Google Spreadsheet.

    You can check this form that I have created - http://form.jotformpro.com/form/53068651503958. You can clone the form to have a closer look on the setup.

    Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
