    Good day to you all

since days I am looking for a solution over the internet but haven't found any, maybe you can help me?

I would like to build a formular that should have following details:

The client should be able to fill out the Jotform that will automaticley transfer the value to a PDF template and then send it by e-mail (as attachment) to the client.

We are able to give you the template in any form you wish. The output has to be a PDF version.

If you don`t have a solution for us maybe you have a idea who could help us or maybe you have a plugin.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Kind regards,

    Dear berli

Thank you for your reply. The data should be transferred into a template from us. We create from it a certificate. With your way the customer receives only a summary. Do you know a solution?

    Thanks from switzerland

Unfortunately that would not be possible through JotForm, at least not by itself.

What I did see that some people used for similar things is a combination of JotForm and WebMerge. You can find more about them here: https://www.webmerge.me/

To send it there, you can use itDuzzit - through our itDuzzit App.

It will allow you to capture the needed data (jotform) and pass it over to WebMerge (itDuzzit) and then combine that data with the previously uploaded document template (WebMerge).

    Would that work for you?
