I'm getting "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" messages...
I have many files & images stored with my clients submissions. Sometimes these files are updated daily and they are also visible in email receipts.
Please remove this limitation from this account as it is essential to the way my clients work. They need access to their uploaded files without any limitations.
We use Grid view reports and email extensively to manage hundreds of projects. Retrieval of these files must not be limited.

Please tell us the URL of your form and the submission files/images you were not able to download due to bandwidth limit.
We will check the files for any issue that could be the reason you were not able to download them.
We will wait for your response.
