On your starter pack, states 100mb available space, is it for each submission or in total?

Its in total for your account inclusive of all your forms.

Please be noted that in free account you can receive up to 100 MB of your uploads. All the forms you have in your account can put together receive up to 100 MB of files. If you want to increase the size, you will have to upgrade your account to higher plans.
