Can no longer specify a custom URL for my forms

What happened to the Embed option, that popped up a window that allowed you to specific an custom URL for the form?  I believe that same option also had code for sharing the form via social media.  I don't see that either.  Has it been moved somewhere else?

The Embed Form button has been replaced with a simplified Publish button instead. You can read more about this change in our following blog post:

In order to set a Custom URL, you can simply click on the pencil shaped icon next to the URL on the Publish screen. Please take a look at the following guide for nice graphical explanation of the process as well:
