overpaid on upgrade

    Dear Jotform


    Has upgraded my account odensepolitiorkester to day. Unfortunately, there has been an error.  There should only be upgraded 1 month, but instead there is upgraded for a for a full year. It´s a big mistake.


     I hope it can be corrected and I can get the money back.

    You did not upgrade your account odensepolitiorkester, the account that was upgraded was politiorkester, it's been upgraded for a Bronze yearly subscription, so I have change it to Bronze monthly subscription and refunded you the rest.
