Why did I not receive "I have a new submissions" alert?

    submissions go to JotForm database but nothing is sent to my email as an alert. Can you help explain how to correct/

    Hello Loverme,

    With which form you are having this issue with? I did check the notification email alert of your last edited form "Contact RMfor2" and did not find any issue with that. You have configured the email alert correctly and you should be receiving the submission emails without any problem. 

    I have sent a test submission in your form and upon checking our email logs, I found that submission email was sent successfully. Please check the log below:

    Can you please check your email account and see if you have received the submission email or not? You may also like to check your spam folder as well and see if the submission email ended up there.

    Do get back to us if you have not received the submission email. To ensure the delivery of emails, you may also like to white list of domain names as well.
